I already have a web site, can you help me?
Absolutely! In fact redesigning or "freshening" an existing web site is often quicker and simpler than developing one from scratch. Just let us know what's missing, not working, etc. and we'll work with you to fix it.
Can you use my existing logo, brochures, etc.?
Certainly. If your promotional materials aren't in electronic format, we can convert them to something appropriate for use on your web site. We can even scan printed materials, take photographs or convert files on cd-rom or floppy for use.
What's web site maintenance?
Whether it's keeping your web site updated after the initial design, or helping you update a site you already have, by adding news or events, changing product information, etc. this is all web site maintenance.
What domain name should I choose?
This is one of the hardest parts of creating a successful web site. Depending on availability, it could be your business name, product name. It could be a word or phrase, it really depends on how you want your customers to relate to your web site. We can help you research availability and work with you to find alternatives when it's necessary.
Can you register my domain name for me?
Yes. We can register the domain name for you or we can help you register the domain yourself if you prefer, and are comfortable, administering the domain yourself. Either way, we're here to make sure you get the domain you want.
How do I get my site listed on search engines?
Most modern search engines use their own, proprietary, systems for finding sites. These search engines look at incoming links to determine your popularity and relevance.
